OVERVIEW

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cletso. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

SECTION 1 - RETURNS

We accept returns within 90 days of the date you received your order. Items may be returned in any condition, whether used or unused. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cletso.com with your order number and reason for return.

SECTION 2 - RETURN SHIPPING

Cletso covers the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please use the provided label to send the item back to us.

SECTION 3 - REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will then process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

SECTION 4 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider as processing times may vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cletso.com.
